Why Moldova?
The Moldovan Mission Network is a community focused on helping our brothers and sisters in Moldova in the areas of Christian higher education, family ministry (The Alpha Marriage Course and discipleship), and orphan care in orphanages and transitional homes.
Moldova is the poorest country in Eastern Europe. 80% of its people live on the edge of poverty according to the European Union standards. The Christian Community has grown rapidly since Moldova declared independence on August 27, 1991, but many pastors are part-time, holding secular jobs to support themselves as they minister to and disciple members and new converts. The Moldova Mission Network was created to assist this community.
We pray for the people of Ukraine, for the country’s independence, and that government leaders will find a peaceful resolution to this crisis.
